We moved onto Stormhaven farm in the rolling hills of Western Connecticut in 2017. This farm has been producing cattle in one form or another for over 230 years, although when we took it on it was not in production and was in desperate need of some work.

We have since cleared invasive plant species and dead trees from fields and hedgerows, rebuilt fencing and pastures, repaired buildings, and of course established a herd of beef cattle.

We feel we very fortunate to have the opportunity to revitalize and to add our chapter in the on-going history of this piece of New Milford’s farming heritage.
